Payments

Full payment is required before shipping orders.

There will be 8.75% Sale Tax added to all California resident orders.

We accept PayPal and the following major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

We currently only ship within the USA, but plan to offer worldwide sales in the future.

Shipping on oversized/overweight items, like sand, bulk bedding, glass terrariums and other large items may require extra shipping charges. You will receive an email with the amount shortly after placing your order for approval. Your order will be shipped after the full amount has been paid.

Returns

Returns are issued by request up to 10 days after receiving the items. Please contact us and wait for confirmation before shipping any items back. If it has been longer than 10 days since you received your products, please contact the manufacturer with any malfunctions, or warranty issues. We do not accept returns past 10 days.

Shipping & handling is not refundable and a 10% re-stocking fee will be applied. However, if you choose "store credit," the 10% re-stocking fee will be waived.

All products must be returned in their original packaging without damage or wear. Items without original packaging cannot be returned. If you do not have the original packaging, please contact the manufacturer of the item, or contact us, and we will provide you with the manufacturer's information.

We must receive any defective items first before we can replace them.

Books are not returnable for any reason, no exceptions.

Any used items may not be returned for any reason. We must be able to re-sell any returned items that are in normal working condition.
